Kevin Keane, Bar Manager, brings to the PROSECCO team a love of still and sparkling wine and spirits honed by years as head mixologist at Sparacino’s in Galewood.
For Spring of 2011, he will be creating a new list of cocktails made with unique Italian spirits, fresh fruit and housemade elixirs. Standouts include his twist on the classic Vesper.
Recently back from a week in the Veneto region of Italy, Mr. Keane has a deep appreciation for the Italian wine scene and delights in pairing wine with PROSECCO’s delcious and hearty cuisine.
