Kathryn Sullivan Alverà
Managing Partner/Interior Designer

Kathryn Sullivan Alverà has spent the last 20 years in a variety of management and ownership positions at several of Chicago’s top grossing restaurants and nightclubs. She began this journey at the tender age of 16 at Rush Street's legendary FACES, owned by members of her family, rubbing shoulders with a Who's Who of national and international celebrities.

Following, Alvera spent time at the original Ditka’s and Citylights, focusing on stars from the world of the NBA, NFL and local and national media. At 59 West, a River North hotspot, she focused on developing a chic clientele for her next endeavor, Narcisse.

In 1997, Alvera co-developed and designed Narcisse Champagne Salon & Caviar Bar, creating a glamorous nightspot where she could enjoy her favorite meal. Hailed by numerous national and international publications, Narcisse quickly became home to visiting both celebrities from the worlds of music and film, including Sting, Jimmy Page, Prince, and Jude Law, and from a sitting European monarch, King Carl Gustav of Sweden.

After selling Narcisse, she co-created and designed Domaine, a 7,000 square foot restaurant/nightclub on Chicago’s famed Rush Street. DOMAINE, designed to pay homage to the grand manor of homes of Europe, offered Guests a full service dining room in addition to four bars and dance floors on two lavish levels. The constant thread in Ms. Alverà’s career has been her passion for creating sophisticated nightspots that provide superior customer service to all Guests.
